We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fundraising Manager to lead our individual giving, community giving and events fundraising activities, as part of our wider fundraising efforts in coordination with our Partnerships and Grants Manager and CEO.  We are looking for an individual with significant fundraising experience (3+ years) ideally including management experience, who is self-motivated, ambitious and has a genuine passion for international development.  

HHA is in an exciting phase of our development and we are looking to grow our unrestricted income by 18% by 2025.  This will work alongside other restricted giving KPIs as part of the charities broader fundraising with the Partnerships and Grants Manager and CEO. The role will have the exciting opportunity to help HHA grow and make a real and tangible impact to our beneficiaries.

It would be desirable for someone to have previous experience working within a small organisation/charity to understand the dynamics between providing strategic development and handling the day-to-day operations.
