We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Development Director to to direct and deliver our fundraising strategy, managing our existing fundraising team and accelerating our fundraising income. This role offers someone an exciting opportunity to join a small, but passionate US / UK based team who have experienced significant growth in the last few years and are looking to build upon this momentum. We are looking for an individual with relevant fundraising experience (3+ years) ideally including management experience, who is self-motivated, ambitious and has a genuine passion for international development.  

Alongside this, we're also looking for an experienced and qualified Finance Officer. As well as helping to manage our UK financial operations, this role includes the amazing opportunity to work directly with our finance team across the world, directly impacting the life-saving projects we support overseas. It also offers the opportunity to work closely with our CEO and Finance Director, helping to aid important strategic decisions at an exciting period in HHA’s growth.
